"My State Farm Agent in MS, Billy Temple found an Agent in Arkadelphia, AR, where I was working away from home and I needed insurance on a home I was renting. I called Jessica Hormell’s State Farm office and spoke with Bailey and let her know what I needed. She gathered some information and said she would email me some quotes and I could call her back with my choice. She gave me 3 options I considered to be good, better, and best. I appreciated her giving me a breakdown on each option. I was able to make an informed decision on the best policy for my needs. She gave me instructions on what to do when I was ready to move forward. I called back to seal the deal and make the payment.
